We’re partnered with a high-growth, venture-backed fintech that is scaling following recent funding. As part of that growth, they’re building out their marketing team and are now looking for a Head of Content to take ownership of narrative, messaging, and content strategy at a pivotal stage in their journey.
This is a strategic role where you'll be responsible for shaping how the business shows up to the market. With strong product-market fit, a clear growth trajectory, and an increasingly ambitious commercial strategy this is the perfect role for a vision-led Content Marketing expert with a background in FinTech.

The Head of Content will:
- Owning the overarching content strategy and be responsible for defining and embedding a clear, consistent narrative across the business. You will ensure that everything from top-of-funnel content through to sales enablement materials feels cohesive, differentiated, and aligned to commercial goals.
- Define messaging, tone of voice, and narrative across channels, partnering closely with sales to improve collateral and sales enablement materials.
- Managing external agencies and freelancers across content, PR, and production, identifying high-impact content opportunities across the funnel (particularly top-of-funnel awareness and education).
- Bringing greater structure and consistency to how content is planned and delivered.
- Previous experience in fintech, SaaS, or another regulated/complex space.
- Is comfortable owning narrative and messaging at a company level
- Has experience managing agencies and external content production
- Understands how content supports demand generation and sales, not just brand
- Brings a point of view - someone who can challenge, not just execute
