• Job Title: Head of CRM
• Length of contract: 4 months+
• Salary Range: £400-550 day rate (IR35 TBC)

We are working with a fast-growing online education business transforming how families access personalised learning support across the UK. Having already helped hundreds of thousands of students achieve their goals, our client combines smart technology with human expertise to make education more effective, accessible, and confidence-building for parents and learners alike. With major growth plans ahead of the September peak season, they are investing in customer lifecycle strategy and seeking an experienced CRM leader to deliver a high-impact transformation project at pace.
The Head of CRM will lead the redesign and execution of a smarter, data-led CRM strategy within Braze, unlocking newly captured customer insights to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
Role Highlights
– Build a new CRM architecture using enriched personalisation data
– Design and launch 4–5 high-performing automated email journeys
– Improve customer conversion across new enquiries and active users
– Partner with data and tech teams to optimise Braze integrations
– Deliver the full project by end of July for seasonal demand peak
You Will Need
– Proven senior-level CRM leadership experience
– Deep hands-on expertise using Braze
– Strong commercial mindset with forecasting capability
– Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
– Experience delivering complex lifecycle or automation programmes fast
