The Head of CRM will take ownership of customer retention strategy, lifecycle marketing, and campaign execution across a high-volume ecommerce operation. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape CRM performance, optimise customer journeys, and drive repeat purchase through highly targeted, insight-led campaigns. This role suits someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  
Role Highlights
  • Own and evolve the CRM and retention strategy across a large D2C customer base
  • Deliver high-performing email and lifecycle campaigns using Klaviyo
  • Analyse customer, campaign, and commercial data to improve conversion and retention
  • Support automation, AI-driven workflows, and process improvements across CRM operations
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and mentor junior team members where needed
  
You Will Need
  • Strong CRM experience within a fast-growth D2C or ecommerce business
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or the ability to adapt quickly from similar platforms
  • Commercial and analytical mindset with a proven ability to optimise campaign performance
  • Experience managing high campaign volumes across large customer databases
  • Confidence operating independently within a lean, high-accountability environment
