We're working with a private equity-backed international entertainment business that is entering one of the most exciting transformation programmes in its history. As the organisation centralises its digital capabilities across multiple international markets, this newly created interim opportunity offers the chance to build a CRM function from the ground up. If you're looking for a role where you'll influence strategy, implement technology and leave a lasting legacy, this is an opportunity to make a genuine commercial impact.

The Head of CRM will lead the development and implementation of a centralised CRM capability across multiple European markets, combining strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. Reporting directly into senior commercial leadership, you'll establish the technical foundations, shape customer engagement strategy and create scalable CRM processes that support continued international growth.

Role Highlights
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of Braze across multiple international markets.
  • Design and deliver a centralised CRM operating model from the ground up.
  • Build robust customer data, tracking and automation capabilities.
  • Partner closely with Technology, Data and Commercial teams to deliver measurable customer engagement.
  • Assess existing CRM capability and help shape the long-term team structure.

You Will Need
  • Proven experience leading CRM transformation programmes within fast-paced, private equity-backed or high-growth businesses.
  • Hands-on expertise implementing and managing Braze, including automation, integrations and customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of customer data architecture, tracking, segmentation and marketing technology.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering cross-functional projects with Technology and Data teams.
  • International business experience is highly desirable, with exposure to live events, ticketing or additional European languages (Spanish, Dutch or German) considered advantageous.

Why You'll Love It
  • A genuinely business-critical leadership opportunity with immediate ownership.
  • The chance to build a CRM function from its foundations rather than inherit existing processes.
  • Work across multiple international markets with significant commercial influence.
  • Hybrid working model with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Join an ambitious transformation programme backed by substantial long-term investment.

If you're a commercially minded CRM leader who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery, we'd love to hear from you. Please include a short summary alongside your CV outlining your relevant experience, key achievements and why you're well suited to this opportunity.
