Our client is an ambitious, founder-led consumer brand with a strong international footprint and a clear opportunity to unlock even greater value from its existing customer base. With retention responsible for around 90% of revenue and subscriptions representing approximately 80%, CRM sits at the heart of commercial performance. The business is well-funded, highly brand-conscious and investing for the future, with the US market growing rapidly alongside an established UK customer base. This is an opportunity to join a business with significant resources, high expectations and genuine scope to shape how customer growth works globally.
The Head of CRM (Global) will take ownership of the customer lifecycle, retention and loyalty strategy across international DTC markets, with a direct influence on repeat revenue, subscription performance and lifetime value.

Role Highlights
  • Build the global CRM, lifecycle and retention strategy from the ground up, setting a clear roadmap across customer journeys, segmentation and communications.
  • Establish robust CRM reporting and translate customer data into commercially valuable insight for leadership and board-level decision-making.
  • Shape subscription growth through churn reduction, customer development, cross-sell, upsell, win-back and improved customer experiences.
  • Define the future CRM technology roadmap, including assessing whether the current ESP remains the right solution.
  • Lead and develop the existing CRM function, mentoring the Senior CRM Manager and shaping future team structure and resource requirements.

You Will Need
  • A strong strategic CRM, lifecycle or retention background, ideally gained within a founder-led, entrepreneurial or scaling consumer business.
  • Proven commercial and analytical capability, with confidence owning retention, LTV, churn and repeat-revenue performance.
  • Strong brand instinct, with the ability to balance commercial opportunity with a distinctive customer and brand experience.
  • Experience influencing founders, C-suite leaders or boards, communicating a clear point of view with confidence under pressure.
  • Subscription, loyalty, multi-market CRM and modern ESP experience are highly desirable.

Why You’ll Love It
  • Own the channel responsible for the vast majority of revenue and have genuine influence over commercial growth.
  • Start with a blank sheet and create the strategy, roadmap and future shape of the CRM function.
  • Work directly with a C-suite leader who can unlock investment and resources quickly.
  • Join a cash-rich business offering the pace and autonomy of a start-up with greater financial security.
  • Build towards a clear progression opportunity into a Director-level position.
