You Will Need
  • Proven CRM experience, ideally within sports, entertainment, subscriptions, betting or another consumer-focused environment.
  • A genuine passion for sport, with a strong understanding of football, particularly important.
  • Experience leading or mentoring CRM professionals, with the confidence to take ownership and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the confidence to work directly within CRM platforms, interrogate data and identify performance opportunities.
  • Experience with platforms such as Optimove, Airship or similar CRM technologies. Multibrand experience would be advantageous.

  • £80,000–£90,000 salary plus a 20% annual bonus.
