This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially minded customer marketing specialist who enjoys building scalable programmes, leading high-performing teams and influencing strategic growth outcomes within a fast-evolving international environment.
The Head of Customer Marketing will shape and lead the full customer engagement strategy, ensuring customers adopt products faster, achieve measurable value and remain highly engaged throughout the lifecycle. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Sales and Customer Success to turn customer marketing into a measurable commercial growth function.

You Will Need
– Proven experience leading customer or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS
– Strong commercial understanding of retention, growth and expansion metrics
– Experience building customer engagement programmes at scale
– Confident stakeholder management skills across senior leadership teams
– Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution when required
