I’m currently working with a rapidly growing, purpose-driven organisation that is making a real impact in the circular economy. With an international footprint across the UK, US, and Europe, this business partners with charities, universities, and other institutions to help them generate new revenue streams while driving sustainability.
  
They’re now looking to appoint a Head of Customer Success to lead a flagship B2B service and take ownership of scaling its growth in the UK and beyond.
  
This is a senior leadership position where you’ll:
  • Lead and develop the Customer Success function, creating a high-performing, collaborative team.
  • Shape and deliver the customer success strategy, focused on retention, expansion, and customer advocacy.
  • Build trusted, senior-level client relationships and act as a key strategic partner.
  • Take responsibility for commercial outcomes, including churn reduction, NRR, and upsell/expansion.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and technology to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Represent the business externally, contributing to thought leadership in the re-commerce and sustainability space.
  
The profile we’re seeking
  • Proven leadership experience in Customer Success within a B2B environment (eCommerce, SaaS, logistics, or services preferred).
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of improving customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Experience building scalable customer success processes, playbooks, and tools.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at senior levels and build long-term partnerships.
  • Comfortable in a mission-led, high-growth organisation where agility and adaptability are key.
