The Head of Design will lead the creative evolution of the brand, bringing clarity, cohesion and high craft to every design output.

Role Highlights
– Oversee concept development and deliver on-brand creative solutions across digital, print and environmental formats
– Translate strategic direction from the Creative Director into impactful seasonal campaigns
– Present design thinking and creative strategies to senior stakeholders with clarity and influence
– Strengthen consistency across all visual touch points, systems and guidelines to enhance customer engagement
– Partner with CRM, E-commerce, PR, Social and Paid teams to deliver assets for digital and physical campaigns

You Will Need
– Extensive multi-channel design experience spanning print, digital and packaging within fast-moving creative sectors
– Proven leadership capability, with experience supporting, mentoring and motivating design teams
– Exceptional 360 design judgement, strong typography skills and an obsession for detail and process
– Confident storytelling and presentation skills, able to articulate creative rationale clearly
– High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
