The Head of Performance Marketing will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of data-driven marketing initiatives that deliver acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels. You’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, ensuring the organisation’s digital performance continually evolves to maximise ROI.
  
Role Highlights – the Head of Performance Marketing will:
– Develop and deliver a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives
– Oversee campaigns across paid search, social, SEO, email, content, and affiliates to drive lead generation
– Lead and mentor a high-calibre marketing team while managing agency relationships
– Optimise performance through analytics, testing, and continual improvement
– Manage budgets effectively, forecasting spend and tracking ROI
  
You Will Need:
– 7+ years’ broad digital marketing experience, including at least 3 in a senior leadership role
– Proven track record in Digital marketing and delivering measurable growth
– Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
– Experience in driving both acquisition and retention strategies
