Our client is a household name in online gifting, known for connecting people through creativity, innovation, and heartfelt moments. As they head into peak trading season, they’re seeking an accomplished Head of eCommerce to lead the digital trading function through their most critical commercial periods, ensuring seamless customer journeys, data-led decision-making, and outstanding performance across web and app channels.
  
The Head of eCommerce will take full ownership of online trading strategy, driving growth and optimising conversion during key moments such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day.
  
Role Highlights
– Lead eCommerce operations across website and app, ensuring consistent delivery through peak trading cycles.
– Partner with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to maximise conversion and trading performance.
– Oversee content, pricing, and promotional execution to drive sales and customer engagement.
– Analyse trading data, A/B tests, and customer journeys to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
– Provide leadership, clarity, and direction to a small cross-functional team, maintaining high standards and momentum.
  
You Will Need
– Strong eCommerce retail experience, ideally within fast-paced, tech-led consumer brands.
– Proven track record in CRO, product optimisation, and digital campaign management.
– Confident operating autonomously in an interim capacity and thriving through ambiguity.
– Excellent analytical and communication skills, able to turn insight into action.
– Demonstrated success leading teams through high-pressure trading periods.
