The Head of Global Brand Transformation will lead the delivery and organisational rollout of a major global brand refresh, ensuring the programme is structured, coordinated and successfully adopted across international markets.
Role Highlights – Lead delivery of a global brand refresh programme across multiple regions
– Build and manage the end-to-end roadmap, milestones and governance structure
– Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Marketing, IT, Legal, HR and Communications
– Oversee external agency partners responsible for brand, digital and website execution
– Support the planning and delivery of a coordinated international brand launch
You Will Need – 8–12+ years’ experience in brand, marketing or transformation leadership roles
– Proven experience delivering brand or identity programmes in complex organisations
– Strong agency management background within fast-paced environments
– Excellent programme management and stakeholder engagement capability
– Deep understanding of website delivery, digital platforms and B2B social media
