Head of Growth Marketing
The Head of Growth Marketing will lead the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, expansion, retention, and customer engagement, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution to accelerate revenue growth across international markets.
Role Highlights – Lead multi-channel growth marketing strategy across paid media, search, social, email, and ABM campaigns
– Build scalable acquisition and expansion programmes focused on customer lifetime value and retention
– Drive AI-enhanced marketing initiatives including automation, predictive lead scoring, and content personalisation
– Own growth forecasting, attribution modelling, reporting, and budget optimisation across the customer funnel
– Partner with commercial, product, and brand teams to deliver successful go-to-market launches and website strategy
You Will Need – 7+ years’ experience within B2B SaaS growth marketing environments
– Proven success scaling pipeline and revenue through performance marketing and demand generation
– Leadership experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
– Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, AI tools, experimentation, and A/B testing frameworks
– Excellent communication and strategic presentation skills with a commercially focused mindset
