A high-growth social commerce agency is expanding following continued client demand and team evolution, creating an opportunity for an experienced Head of Influencer to step in and lead a critical function. You’ll join a business deeply embedded in TikTok Shop and creator-led growth, working with ambitious brands across beauty, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG. With strong momentum and a results-driven culture, this is a chance to shape strategy, influence commercial outcomes, and build a high-performing team in one of the fastest-moving areas of digital commerce.

The Head of Influencer will define and scale influencer and affiliate strategy across TikTok Shop, driving measurable GMV growth while leading a team and advising clients on best-in-class creator-led performance.

Role Highlights
– Own and evolve influencer and affiliate strategy across multiple client accounts
– Build scalable frameworks for sourcing, activating and retaining high-performing creators
– Lead end-to-end TikTok Shop campaigns aligned to commercial KPIs
– Collaborate with creative, trading and account teams to maximise campaign impact
– Track and optimise performance using data across GMV, conversion and ROI

You Will Need
– 4+ years’ experience in influencer, affiliate or social commerce marketing
– Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, creator partnerships and affiliate mechanics
– Proven success scaling campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes
– Confident leadership and stakeholder management skills across teams and clients
– Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements
