The Head of Marketing and Pursuits will define and deliver an integrated marketing and bid strategy that strengthens market position, improves win rates, and aligns regional priorities with global direction.

Role Highlights –
– Lead end-to-end marketing and pursuits strategy across UK, Ireland and Canada
– Oversee strategic bids and pipeline to improve conversion and win rates
– Align brand, campaigns and client engagement with commercial priorities
– Partner with senior leadership to drive growth initiatives and key opportunities
– Optimise CRM, processes and tools to enhance performance and insight

You Will Need –
– Extensive experience leading B2B marketing and bid functions (circa 12+ years)
– Proven success delivering growth through campaigns and pursuits strategy
– Strong leadership capability across multi-disciplinary and international teams
– Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and ROI performance
– Expertise in CRM systems, bid management and data-driven marketing
