The Head of Brand & Marketing will lead brand strategy, elevate marketing performance, and ensure the brand’s identity is executed consistently and powerfully across all markets.
Role Highlights
- Develop a unified global brand strategy in partnership with senior creative leadership
- Define brand identity, values, messaging and visual direction for multi-market consistency
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that lift awareness and engagement across EMEA
- Lead content strategy with creative teams to produce standout stories and multimedia assets
- Manage PR activity to secure coverage and strengthen brand positioning
- Proven experience leading brand and marketing strategy for a lifestyle, fashion or creative brand
- Strong understanding of global markets and localisation principles
- Confident leadership with the ability to inspire multidisciplinary creative and marketing teams
- Retail or Fashion background, ideally in streetwear or sports
- Experience managing agencies, budgets and high-impact campaigns
- Exceptional communication skills and a data-led approach to decision-making
- Creative freedom to shape and scale a culturally influential brand across global markets
