You’ll be joining a fast-scaling, science-led consumer brand operating in the health and wellness space, with an ambitious growth agenda and a strong focus on quality, trust and customer experience. The business has already built a loyal customer base and is now investing heavily in brand leadership to elevate its positioning, storytelling and cultural relevance. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape a recognisable UK brand at a pivotal stage of its journey, working closely with senior leadership to drive long-term value, loyalty and commercial growth. The Marketing Director will define and lead a clear, distinctive brand vision that connects emotionally with customers while supporting sustainable growth across channels.


Role Highlights
– Own and evolve the end-to-end brand strategy in a competitive consumer market
– Set creative direction across campaigns, content, social and customer touchpoints
– Build and deliver an always-on brand and campaign calendar
– Lead, mentor and scale a multidisciplinary brand and creative team
– Partner with performance, e-commerce and product to drive measurable impact


You Will Need
– 7+ years’ experience building consumer brands within DTC, e-commerce, FMCG OR Wellness
– Proven ability to translate brand strategy into standout campaigns and content
– Strong creative judgement with experience leading multi-channel execution
– Confidence managing teams, agencies, creators and senior stakeholders
– A commercial mindset with clear understanding of brand-to-performance alignment
