With several new products launching this year and significant commercial momentum behind them, they are now looking to hire their first full-time Head of Marketing to take ownership of the function and play a key role in the next stage of the company’s growth.
The Head of Marketing will:
- Own the marketing function end-to-end, bringing greater structure and professionalism as the business continues to scale.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and market positioning, translating this into clear messaging and high quality content.
- Work closely with sales, product and leadership to ensure marketing activity reflects product developments, competitor dynamics and commercial priorities.
Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within fintech, financial services or another complex product environment.
- Ability to quickly develop credibility on technical products and translate them into clear, compelling marketing messages.
- Comfortable operating in a small team and taking ownership of marketing initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders.
