The Head of Marketing will define and deliver a high-performance marketing strategy that drives brand visibility, customer growth, and long-term engagement across both consumer and business audiences.
Role Highlights
– Lead and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy, predominantly across B2C but with elements of B2B as well
– Drive acquisition through multi-channel campaigns including Direct Mail, paid digital, PR, and partnerships
– Shape and evolve brand positioning to support ambitious growth targets
– Own agency relationships, ensuring strong delivery, performance, and ROI
– Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful go-to-market plans
You Will Need
– Proven experience in senior marketing roles within high-growth environments
– Strong track record in Direct Mail campaigns, and paid media campaigns
– Strong track record in acquisition, retention, and performance marketing
– Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery
– Experience managing agencies, budgets, and measurable outcomes
– Confident leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire lean teams
