- Salary Range: £90,000 per annum + bonus

The Head of Members & Marketing will lead the organisation’s membership growth, retention and engagement strategy while driving a modern, insight-led marketing function that strengthens brand presence and member experience.
Role Highlights
– Lead and develop the membership and marketing strategy across a community of approximately 2,000 members
– Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including Director and C-suite level professionals
– Shape the future member experience through CRM transformation, data insight and digital engagement initiatives
– Oversee integrated marketing activity across campaigns, communications, content, website and digital channels
– Manage and develop a high-performing multi-disciplinary team across marketing, communications and data
You Will Need
– Significant senior-level experience within a membership body, association or professional services environment
– Strong track record of driving member growth, engagement and retention strategies
– Experience leading marketing functions across digital, content and brand activity with measurable outcomes
– Strong understanding of CRM strategy and data-led decision making, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce environments
– Ability to operate credibly within a senior leadership team while building external relationships at executive level
