We're partnering with an ambitious, purpose-led, multisite consumer business to appoint a Head of Marketing who can help drive its next phase of growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketing leader to shape strategy, develop an existing team and build a more structured, data-driven marketing function across a national network of approximately 90 locations.

- Developing and implementing a multi-year marketing strategy aligned with ambitious growth plans.
- Driving customer acquisition and improving conversion across the end-to-end funnel.
- Establishing clear KPIs, measurement frameworks and reporting to demonstrate marketing ROI.
- Developing scalable local marketing strategies while balancing central consistency with individual location needs.
- Leading and developing the marketing team, agency relationships and internal capabilities.
- Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams to embed marketing as a driver of commercial performance.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Senior marketing leadership experience within a multisite, consumer-facing business.
- A strong commercial mindset, with proven experience driving acquisition, conversion and measurable growth.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to optimise investment and performance.
- The ability to influence operational stakeholders and bring teams along on the journey.
