Our client is investing heavily in its global marketplace function following strong commercial growth, creating a pivotal opportunity for a Head of Marketplace – Global to take ownership of performance across major online channels. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, scale performance, and build a best-in-class presence across international marketplaces.

The Head of Marketplace – Global will play a central role in aligning marketing with revenue, profitability, and brand positioning, while leading a talented team and external partners to deliver measurable results.

Role Highlights
– Define and execute global marketplace strategy
– Optimise Amazon Ads, DSP, and eBay performance
– Lead KPI frameworks including ACOS, TACOS, and ROAS
– Own budgets, forecasting, and marketing investment decisions
– Collaborate cross-functionally to align demand and growth

You Will Need
– 7+ years’ experience in marketplace or digital marketing
– Deep expertise across Amazon and eBay ecosystems
– Strong analytical skills with commercial decision-making ability
– Proven leadership experience managing teams and agencies
– Experience delivering multi-region strategies (EMEA, US, APAC)
