The Head of Performance Marketing will report directly to the Marketing Director and act as deputy, leading a team of seven specialists across PPC, SEO, Paid & Organic Social, and Affiliates. You’ll take full ownership of a £10m acquisition budget, managing both in-house expertise and a leading external agency, with a mandate to reset strategy, deliver stronger ROI, and build sustainable acquisition channels.
  
Role Highlights
– Define and deliver a multi-channel performance marketing strategy aligned to growth goals
– Take ownership of budget allocation, ROI, and performance reporting across all channels
– Lead, coach, and grow a team of channel leads and specialists
– Manage agency relationships and ensure delivery of an optimisation roadmap
– Act as the “face of trade” for marketing, providing insight and forecasts to senior leadership
  
You Will Need
– 10+ years’ experience in performance marketing in B2C ecommerce
– Hands-on expertise in paid search plus strong multi-channel experience
– Proven success in peak trading over Q4 and beyond
– Strong leadership skills, able to inspire teams and influence board-level stakeholders
– Comfort working across both agency and client-side environments
