Our client is a leading global provider of energy market forecasting, analytics and software, helping investors, developers and energy companies make critical decisions through the energy transition. With a team of around 1,000 experts across offices in Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific, and a large global client base, the business has grown rapidly and is now appointing its first Head of Revenue Operations to bring structure, insight and pace to how it goes to market.
As Head of Revenue Operations, you will own the systems, data and processes that power the revenue teams across sales, account management, customer success and marketing.
You'll be a trusted partner to commercial leadership, turning complex data into clear decisions and building a RevOps function that can scale with a global, multi-product business.
What you'll do:
- You will design and lead the revenue operations strategy, aligning sales, marketing and customer success around a single view of the customer and pipeline.
- You'll own the CRM (Salesforce) and wider GTM tech stack, driving adoption, data quality and automation.
- You'll build reliable forecasting, pipeline management and reporting, giving leadership real visibility of performance across regions and products.
You'll shape territory planning, quota setting and incentive design in partnership with commercial and finance leaders, and improve renewal, upsell and retention processes across a subscription client base. Over time you will build and lead a high-performing RevOps team.
What we're looking for:
- You'll bring a proven track record leading revenue operations or sales operations in a B2B subscription, SaaS, data or information services business, ideally one operating across multiple regions.
- You'll have deep Salesforce experience and be comfortable owning a broader GTM stack.
- You're analytically strong and commercially minded, able to influence senior stakeholders and translate data into practical action.
- Experience building a RevOps function from an early stage, or professionalising one during a period of growth, will be highly valued.
- An interest in energy, climate or the energy transition is a plus but not essential.
Why this role:
This is an opportunity to shape the commercial foundations of a mission-led business at the centre of the global energy transition, with genuine scope to build and lead a function from the ground up.
