With a proven model and clients spanning streaming, ecommerce, and tech, they’re scaling fast and need a Head of Sales to drive the next chapter. The Head of Sales will set the commercial vision, nurture top-tier client relationships, and lead enterprise sales efforts into advertising agencies and global brands.
Role Highlights – Lead and scale the UK sales function, reporting to the founders
– Win and grow agency and brand accounts worth 6–7 figures
– Shape GTM and outbound strategies with full autonomy
– Leverage your black book to accelerate pipeline growth
– Hire, coach, and develop a team of high-performing sellers
You Will Need – 7+ years’ experience in enterprise and /or agency-side sales
– Strong track record selling to advertising agencies and major brands
– Deep understanding of influencer, creator, or paid social marketing
– Well-connected with a warm network of senior decision-makers
– Proven leadership experience: hiring, managing and mentoring teams
