Our client is scaling at pace within the Governance SaaS space, securing enterprise environments and enabling safe AI adoption across Europe.

With €5m ARR and accelerating demand driven by enterprise AI rollouts, they are firmly positioned at the forefront of a rapidly maturing category. Recognised by leading industry analysts and consistently winning against global competitors, they are now entering the next stage of structured growth. This hire comes at a pivotal moment: transforming strong market traction into a predictable, repeatable revenue engine.

The Head of Sales will take ownership of a talented but evolving commercial team and turn performance into consistency. This is a hands-on leadership mandate; building process, coaching through complex enterprise cycles, and shaping a culture where accountability and energy drive results. The Head of Sales will report directly to the CRO and play a central role in defining how the revenue function scales across Europe.

The Head of Sales will:
– Design and implement a structured enterprise sales playbook
– Introduce clear stage gates, forecasting discipline and pipeline hygiene
– Build pipeline coverage against ARR targets
– Partner on strategic deals with CIO and IT stakeholders
– Shift the team towards proactive outbound execution

The role requires:
– 6-7+ years in B2B SaaS, including 3+ years leading enterprise teams
– Proven experience building or transforming sales process in scale-ups
– Strong HubSpot expertise across pipeline design, automation and reporting
– Background selling infrastructure, security or governance software
– A coaching mindset
