The Head of Sales Development will lead the design and delivery of a new global sales development function that drives high-quality meetings, stronger outbound performance, and predictable pipeline growth.
Role Highlights
- Build a full SDR/BDR playbook covering messaging, cadences, and qualification
- Personally generate outreach and meetings during the initial phase
- Select and implement a modern tech stack to support scalable outbound activity
- Align closely with Marketing to sharpen campaigns and ABM targeting
- Establish clear qualification criteria and seamless handoffs to senior sales
You Will Need:
- Strong track record in outbound B2B sales development within complex industries
- Experience designing SDR functions, including hiring, onboarding, and coaching
- Confident multi-channel prospector with compelling communication skills
- Familiarity with sales tools such as sequencing platforms and intent data
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimise conversion metrics
