The Social Media Manager will take ownership of organic social output, provide hands-on leadership to community activity and support cross-team content alignment.
Role Highlights – The Social Media Manager will:
– Oversee day-to-day organic publishing across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
– Manage two Community Managers, reviewing responses and handling escalations
– Collaborate with editorial and video teams to refine scripts and social-first formats
– Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and traffic performance
– Maintain accuracy and consistency across high-volume content output
