The Head of Social will lead the end-to-end social strategy while remaining hands-on in content creation, driving follower growth, engagement, and brand storytelling across key platforms.
 
Role Highlights
- Own and execute a multi-platform social strategy with a focus on growth
- Create, film, and publish high-performing content across Instagram and TikTok
- Build and nurture an engaged online community through creative storytelling
- Collaborate closely with editorial and cross-functional stakeholders
- Identify and partner with influencers and emerging content creators
 
You Will Need
- Proven success growing social media audiences, especially on Instagram
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to generate standout ideas
- Confidence filming, scripting, and producing content independently
- Experience working with influencers and community-led campaigns
- Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
