Role Highlights:
- Define and deliver a high-impact, platform-native social strategy
- Build and scale a creator commissioning engine for UGC and paid social
- Partner with acquisition teams to develop revenue-driving creative concepts
- Establish repeatable frameworks linking content to performance outcomes
- Lead and mentor a team of creators and social specialists
You Will Need:
- B2C social experience
- Proven leadership across TikTok and Instagram at scale
- Strong commercial mindset blending brand and acquisition goals
- Hands-on experience commissioning and managing UGC creators
- Deep understanding of trends, short-form storytelling and culture
- Confidence operating in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments
