We’re partnered with a leading Financial Services business looking to appoint a HNW Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role across one of its most commercially important business areas.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this is a highly visible role combining strategic planning with hands-on delivery. You'll lead premium client events, integrated campaigns and strategic partnerships, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and helping shape regional growth plans.

The HNW Marketing Manager will:
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-quality events, sponsorships and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop regional marketing strategies that drive client acquisition, engagement and growth.
  • Use customer insight and campaign data to optimise audience targeting and marketing performance.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships, maximising commercial value and regional opportunities.
  • Manage agency relationships and coordinate the delivery of campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Support budget planning, ROI reporting and campaign performance analysis, making recommendations to improve future activity.
  • Mentor and develop a junior marketer while deputising for the Head of Marketing when required.

Required skills and experience:
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end events and integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within Financial Services or another corporate environment for clients.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders and build trusted relationships.
  • Experience using data and customer insight to shape campaign strategy and measure success.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, agencies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, reporting and demonstrating marketing ROI.
  • Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-sufficient marketer who is equally comfortable developing strategy and delivering execution.
