• Job Title: Implementation Manager
• Salary Range: £70,000-£90,000 (DOE)

The Implementation Manager will:
Lead the successful delivery of client implementations from initial discovery through to go-live and handover, ensuring every project is delivered efficiently while building strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
Role Highlights – Manage end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients
– Coordinate technical integrations, onboarding, testing and go-live activities
– Gather business and technical requirements to deliver tailored implementation plans
– Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery
– Help improve implementation processes, documentation and best practice across the business
You Will Need – 2–5 years' experience in implementation, onboarding or client delivery
– Understanding of API integrations, system connectivity and software implementation methodologies
– Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
– Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
– A proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving skills
