The Influencer & Brand Partnerships Manager will lead all creator, affiliate, and brand outreach efforts—building impactful relationships that convert to awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Role Highlights
– Identify and onboard creators, affiliates, and ambassadors that match the brand’s values
– Scale outreach through SARAL and other automation tools
– Guide influencers to create stronger-performing content that supports sales and brand goals
– Launch co-branded campaigns and bundles with strategic partner brands
– Collaborate across creative and social teams to elevate influencer packaging and onboarding
You Will Need
– Experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or affiliate programmes
– Working knowledge of TikTok Shop and creator-led e-commerce
– Strong understanding of what drives content performance on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
– Tools fluency: SARAL, affiliate dashboards, or creator marketplaces
– Confident operating autonomously with a commercial, creative mindset
