The Senior TikTok Creator Partnership Manager will lead the creator strategy, drive TikTok Shop performance, and set the standards for high-impact influencer content across key social platforms.
  
  
The Senior TikTok Creator Partnership Manager will…
  
– Build and deliver an influencer roadmap tailored to TikTok’s creator ecosystem.
– Manage creator sourcing, onboarding, briefing, and long-term relationship development.
– Oversee campaign workflows from outreach and activation through to analysis and optimisation.
– Scale TikTok Shop revenue through structured affiliate and creator programs.
– Guide experimentation into new niches, formats, and emerging communities to maximise ROI.
  
You Will Need
– Deep hands-on experience running TikTok campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
– Strong understanding of creator marketplaces, affiliate tools, and social-commerce operations.
– Proven track record managing campaigns end-to-end within ecommerce or consumer goods.
– Confident communication skills and the ability to mentor a small, fast-moving team.
– Competency in light-touch video editing tools such as TikTok, CapCut, or InShot.
