  • Location: Surrey | Hybrid working (3 days per week, including London creator meetings)

As the business continues to scale, influencer marketing has become a key driver of customer acquisition and long-term growth. This hire will play a pivotal role in elevating influencer performance, bringing a sharper commercial mindset to campaigns, and helping shape the next phase of the brand’s growth strategy within a collaborative, ambitious environment.
  
The Influencer Manager will lead performance-focused influencer activity across creator partnerships, talent sourcing, campaign execution, and commercial optimisation. This is a highly visible role within the growth team, suited to someone who thrives on ownership, pace, negotiation, and measurable results.
  
Role Highlights
  • Drive influencer campaigns focused on customer acquisition, CPA targets, and revenue growth
  • Source, negotiate, and manage creator partnerships across multiple social platforms
  • Build and maintain a high-performing pipeline of creators, agencies, and talent partners
  • Analyse campaign performance data to improve efficiency and scale successful partnerships
  • Work closely with growth and leadership teams to raise standards, improve processes, and accelerate campaign delivery
  
You Will Need
  • Strong influencer marketing experience within a performance or growth-focused environment
  • Commercial confidence working toward CPA, ROAS, or acquisition-based targets
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with creators and agencies
  • Advanced organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong analytical capability, including confidence using Excel and interpreting campaign data
