- Job Title: Interim Brand Transformation Lead
- Salary Range: 6 month FTC £60k (£120k)
- Location / Working Model: Remote | Ad-hoc travel to London & Derry required
The Interim Brand Transformation Lead will take ownership of a company-wide rebrand programme, combining strategic direction with hands-on delivery to ensure a smooth transition from planning through to activation.
Role Highlights
– Lead an end-to-end brand transformation programme covering identity, digital presence, and market activation
– Create structure, governance, and momentum across multiple complex workstreams
– Coordinate senior stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams to deliver key milestones
– Oversee website transformation, ensuring strong user experience and search visibility
– Drive internal engagement and external launch activity to maximise adoption
You Will Need – 10+ years’ experience leading brand, marketing, or transformation programmes within technology or SaaS environments
– Proven success delivering large-scale rebrands, renaming initiatives, or digital transformations
– Strong programme leadership skills with experience managing risks, timelines, and dependencies
– Confidence working across executive, commercial, creative, and technical audiences
– Experience with SEO-sensitive website migrations and global brand rollouts
