Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a short-term communications strategy aligned with firm priorities.
- Oversee messaging related to transactions, fundraising, portfolio performance, and firm announcements.
- Draft and edit press releases, thought leadership articles, website content, and executive communications.
- Manage external PR agencies and media relationships as required.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
- Lead communications planning around acquisitions, exits, and key portfolio events.
- Coordinate announcement strategies with portfolio company management teams.
Experience & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in communications, preferably within private equity, asset management, investment banking, or financial services.
- Proven experience managing high-stakes corporate announcements and media relations.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investor communications.
