The Interim Head of Internal Communications will spearhead the next evolution of internal engagement, shaping how information flows and culture thrives across a complex, global network. You’ll influence strategy at board level while mentoring a skilled team to deliver inspiring communications that keep employees connected, informed and motivated.

Role Highlights
– Develop and execute a global internal communications strategy that drives engagement and cohesion.
– Lead and mentor a high-performing team, setting clear direction and supporting professional growth.
– Partner closely with senior leadership, HR and IT to align messaging across all business areas.
– Oversee the creation and curation of impactful content across digital and in-person channels.
– Monitor communication effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.

You Will Need
– A degree-level education and around 10 years’ experience in internal communications.
– Proven success delivering communications strategies in professional or financial services.
– Excellent writing, storytelling and stakeholder-management skills at senior levels.
