Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies that support business priorities
- Create engaging content for a range of channels (intranet, newsletters, email, video, events)
- Partner with senior leaders to craft clear and compelling messaging
- Manage and maintain internal communication platforms and tools
- Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness, using insights to improve performance
About You
- Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a similar role
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
