This is a great opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join a Membership focused business with locations all over the UK and in parts of Europe.
In this role you will be the key contributor to employee engagement activities working closely with the leadership team and senior stakeholders to drive an effective communications strategy that will align employees with values, goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership and stakeholders to align on internal comms strategy that you will be developing and implementing
- Drive internal communications across online and offline channels and create well thought out content to increase engagement across the group
- Organise internal events, awards ceremonies and social gatherings
- Advise CEO on monthly and quarterly business updates
- Running and developing a recognition program that will be the key to celebrate successes.
Key skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in Internal Comms and Engagement - including events, online and offline engagement and c-suite support.
- Internal Comms experience gained in hospitality, property, retail or luxury would be advantageous.
