A rapidly growing professional services firm is looking to appoint an Internal Communications Manager to join their Communications function.
Reporting into the Head of Communications, you will play a key role in driving the internal communications and employee engagement strategy for the business and gain significant experience working on acquisition and onboarding projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the internal communications channels across the business to drive engagement of employees
- Create and develop messaging for employees to be delivered across newsletters, intranet, emails and town halls
- From time to time, support external communications activity
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and support their functions internal messaging and guiding on best practice
Key skills
- 5+ years experience in internal communications
- Experience in B2B Financial or Professional Experience (Essential)
- Some working in external communications (nice to have)
