Our client is a leading international organisation operating within global markets. As the organisation continues to evolve, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Communications Specialist to join a collaborative and high-performing communications team.
The Internal Communications Specialist will support the delivery of impactful internal communications and engagement initiatives, ensuring employees remain informed, connected and aligned with business priorities across the organisation.
Role Highlights
The Internal Communications Specialist will:
– Create engaging content across multiple internal communication channels
– Manage and develop the company intranet, ensuring content remains relevant and accessible
– Deliver employee engagement campaigns, company updates and communication initiatives
– Coordinate internal events, town halls and employee-focused activities
– Maintain communication calendars and support organisation-wide messaging programmes
The role requires:
– Previous experience within internal communications, employee engagement or corporate communications
– Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail
– Experience managing digital communication platforms, ideally SharePoint or similar intranet systems
– Strong PowerPoint and content creation capabilities with an eye for visual presentation
