Our client is a well-established organisation within the toys and collectibles space, growing its presence across the UK and Europe. You’ll join a team that elevates beloved products from concept through to retail shelves, blending creativity with commercial thinking to bring fan-favourite ranges to market.
The Junior Brand Manager will play a key role in steering brand planning, product lifecycle management and cross-team collaboration, ensuring UK strategies thrive commercially and creatively.
Role Highlights
– Shape annual and multi-year brand plans grounded in data and market insight
– Assess product ranges and define go-to-market strategies tailored for the UK
– Coordinate with sales teams to build toolkits, channel plans and retailer-ready presentations
– Work closely with IP and content teams to align launches, events and activation calendars
– Monitor performance, forecasts and inventory to support informed commercial decisions
You Will Need
– Confident presentation skills and the ability to communicate strategy clearly
– Strong analytical capability across sales data, forecasts and inventory reports
– A collaborative approach when working with local and international colleagues
– Solid MS Office competency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
– A flexible mindset with problem-solving ability and attention to detail
