You’ll join a team where ideas are actioned quickly, performance is measured clearly, and your input can influence trading outcomes from day one.
The Junior Merchandiser will support trading performance through data analysis, market insight and cross-team collaboration, helping shape commercial decisions that drive revenue and customer engagement.
Role Highlights
– Analyse sales data to identify gaps and opportunities across categories
– Partner with sales teams to guide product acquisition and improve offer mix
– Monitor on-site performance and flag risks impacting conversion
– Deliver competitor and market trend insights to inform strategy
– Support trading activity across growth markets, including ownership of key regions
You Will Need
– Degree or relevant commercial experience in merchandising, ecommerce or retail
– Strong Excel skills with confidence handling and interpreting data sets
– Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
– Clear communication skills with confidence presenting to stakeholders
– Exposure to SQL or Power BI (advantageous, not essential)
