We're partnering with a global business in the hospitality and travel sector that's building out its commercial analytics function. This role will sit at the heart of the company's commercial transformation, helping drive smarter, data-led decision-making across marketing, revenue, sales and finance.
The Lead Commercial Analyst will take ownership of the business's reporting suite, automating manual processes and creating dashboards that bring performance data to life. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, using analytics to identify growth opportunities, improve efficiency, and inform strategic decisions.
It's a great fit for someone hands-on with data but commercially curious, confident connecting analysis to business outcomes, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, global environment.

The role
- Develop and manage automated reporting using SQL and Power BI (or Tableau)
- Build scalable dashboards covering sales, marketing, and revenue performance
- Analyse trends and produce actionable insights to improve commercial KPIs
- Lead cross-functional analytics projects, partnering with teams across finance, marketing and operations
- Deliver benchmarking and forecasting analysis to support strategic planning
- Improve data accuracy and consistency across platforms and tools
- Present findings clearly to senior stakeholders, supporting leadership decisions
About you
- 5+ years' experience in commercial, data or business analytics roles
- Advanced SQL skills and confidence building tabular models
- Strong Power BI / Tableau experience, including DAX and dashboard design
- Experience with GA4 and digital performance tracking
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Azure)
- Hospitality, travel, or multi-site consumer background desirable
