Responsibilities:
- - Support the end-to-end execution of B2B content syndication campaigns
- - Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external partners
- - Ensure campaigns are delivered in full, on budget, and to deadline
- - Prepare and maintain internal reporting and tracking documents for each campaign
- - Clean and format lead data using Excel, ensuring it aligns with client specifications
- - Upload leads and deliver reports accurately and on time using platforms such as Integrate and Convertr
- - Review campaign briefs and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment with client KPIs
- - Review email and landing page previews to ensure they meet client specifications
- - Draft copy for marketing materials using client content, where required
- - Liaise with lead generation partners to ensure proper campaign setup and delivery
- - Provide timely updates on campaign performance and flag any issues proactively
- - Support the production of post-campaign reports with insights, trends, and recommendations to drive client retention and future bookings
- - Continuously learn about the industry and independently manage campaign tasks over time
