Job Title: Lead Generation Manager
Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Role Overview:
The Lead Generation Manager will take charge of co-sponsor and co-registration lead generation channels, driving ROI through audience segmentation, CRM initiatives, and detailed analysis. Reporting to senior stakeholders, the role requires a keen eye for data trends, the ability to manage lead volumes effectively, and a passion for identifying growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs like Customer Lifetime Value and Cost Per Lead.
- Proven experience managing marketing acquisition campaigns.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (advantageous).
- Expertise in stakeholder and project management across teams.
- Specific co-sponsor or co-registration experience (advantageous).
