We're delighted to be partnering with a global technology business on the appointment of a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of one of its most commercially significant enterprise propositions.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business at a pivotal point in its product evolution. You'll inherit responsibility for a high-profile global client, leading the strategy for a product used by millions of end users whilst helping shape the future direction of the wider product function.

This is an opportunity to own a strategically important product within an international business that is investing heavily in its product capability.
You'll have real visibility across the organisation, work with senior stakeholders on some of its most important commercial relationships and play a key role in shaping how the business develops products for the future.

The Lead Product Manager will
  • Take end-to-end ownership of a flagship enterprise product within a complex B2B2C environment.
  • Work with commercial, engineering and product teams to define the product roadmap, lead a cross-functional squad and make commercially driven decisions that improve customer outcomes whilst supporting business growth.
  • Lead an established team and play a key role in the organisation's transition towards a more agile product operating model, helping embed best practice across the wider function.
Required skills and experience:
  • End-to-end product ownership with accountability for commercial outcomes.
  • Experience working with complex enterprise clients and senior stakeholders, ideally in a b2b2c capacity
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on product delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience making product decisions that influence business performance.
  • Experience leading cross-functional product teams within agile environments.
  • Experience within fintech, banking, payments, loyalty, travel or another B2B2C product environment would be particularly relevant, although we're open to candidates with transferable enterprise product experience.
