The Loyalty Director will play a pivotal role in helping major brands answer critical customer questions around retention, engagement, proposition development, and loyalty strategy. You Will Need
  • Proven experience within loyalty, customer propositions, customer engagement or retention-focused roles
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing senior stakeholders and valuable accounts
  • A track record of developing and launching successful customer propositions or loyalty programmes
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • A curious and challenging mindset, with the confidence to influence decision-making and drive change
