The Loyalty Executive will own the end-to-end operational delivery of loyalty promotions, from configuration and quality assurance through to launch, measurement and optimisation.
Role Highlights
- Own the set-up, configuration, QA and pre-launch testing of loyalty promotions.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, IT, retail and creative stakeholders to deliver campaigns seamlessly.
- Support promotional strategy and develop new propositions that strengthen customer engagement.
- Use customer data, campaign results and testing to identify opportunities and improve ROI.
- Manage briefs, timelines, budgets, purchase orders and invoices across loyalty initiatives.
You Will Need
- 3+ years’ experience within loyalty, marketing, operations or project management.
- Strong understanding of loyalty programmes, customer journeys and database marketing technology.
- Excellent project management, organisation and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence working with data, testing campaign performance and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Experience with loyalty technology such as Annex Cloud or Emarsys would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
